Postage is calculated be weight automatically upon placing an item in the Shopping Basket.

Customers from outside UK can switch to an overseas tariff in Shopping Basket.

We also accept cheques and Postal Orders in pounds sterling only.  Please email for details after completing your order form in checkout.

Please contact us for further discounts on postage of large orders.

All UK items are sent using Royal Mail First Class; all Overseas items by Royal Mail Airmail. I obtain a Proof of Postage for every item sent but there is no additional insurance. In case of item being lost the Post Office will pay compensation of only up to £32. I strongly advise my customers placing orders of higher value, and especially the overseas orders, to buy extra compensation cover and use the Signed For service (traceable). I will provide an individual quotation for this as price is dependant on value of an order. Please email your request.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items as everything I send becomes property of Royal Mail the moment I hand it over. I will however provide assistance, produce receipts and all information needed to make a claim from the Post Office. In accordance to Post Office rules this has to be done by the recipient of package, not me.


Returns and Exchanges

I hope you to be delighted with your Rose Paradise product. However, if you are not happy with my goods then you may return them immediately for a credit note providing I receive the goods within 3 days of your delivery date.

Items will be exchanged for a credit note providing that the item be returned in a new and unused condition. No returns are accepted, and no credit notes will be issued under any circumstances for used items. They should be in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached.

Under no circumstance I am able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. I will not also be able to issue a credit note for any item that has been specially ordered or commissioned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
